About me
I am a photographer from Trois-Rivieres, Qc, Canada, I live downtown and my photography is more about intimate landscape, flowers and close up. My work is concentrated around the beautiful area named La Mauricie where rivers, lakes and forests dominate.
I bought my first camera at the age of 10, 61 years ago, I wanted to do like my father, he was an excellent photographer, musician and a wood carver. I think I take after him more than I thought.
I have been an analyst programmer working at client sites for about 25 years and in the last 15 years I have been working as consultant in managing industrial maintenance where computer is still involved.
In the last 15 years, I became a serious photographer by reading, watching and learning from some good photographers and especially by going out and taking photographs.
Today, my site represents a very small part of my thousands of photographs but I try to shrink the volume of photos by using the most recent ones.
I keep my site up to date. As there is always an evolution in the style, I can sometimes remove some photos that I consider not anymore in what I am presently doing. I try to bring new ones every week.
Thanks a lot for your visit, hoping that you will like what you see and if so, be at ease to share this site with your friends.
Photographers that I follow on you tube for learning something in photography not in equipment.
